美国国土安全部，就是移民局的上级，每年都有庇护批准的数据，所有庇护数据都在里面自己看，有pdf和excel表格。

中国国籍在2010年之前高峰能达到1万多人。

几年前是一年7000人

之后一年4000人左右

现在大约是一年2000人左右，你说"怎么可能一年就2000人，那那么多人是咋拿的绿卡?" 很多人就是真结婚或者假结婚拿的，比如嫁大20岁老头，或者花8万美刀商婚，她不好意思和你说而已。

周围有人来8年了案子石沉大海一点消息也没有。不管你再说的天花乱坠，什么"律师多牛比"，什么"打庭通过率多少"，如果这个出口保持不变，那很多人可能10年之后还没消息.....

如果条件不算太差(有个一本本科学历，英语也还可以)想移民的，实际上应该考虑加拿大，而不是美国庇护

实际他连点都没点进去，这个国土安全部(DHS)的一系列PDF和Excel里面，在数据里面细分国家，就有china的大量数据，而且有关于china的五项数据，还不止1项

而且还包括走线进美国的，和正常签证申请美国的，中国人的各种分类。以及包括各个类别中国人申请庇护的人数，和当年批准庇护的中国人的人数。

还有各种年份数据 2008-2021都有

1. 本sub有很多文科，比如艺术、金融、中文的，除非转码或者倒读，否则打分太低很难留下。

2. 本sub有很多大龄超过30甚至40岁想润的，甚至是拖家带口，这种到澳加打分直接扣光，走偏远地区都很难留下。

3. 本sub还有不少高中甚至高中以下学历，甚至英语都说不好，如果确实受到迫害，有机会留在美国，为什么不申请？难道真的一辈子轮回索多玛？

更新一下，是的数据我看漏了，向OP道歉，中国人面谈通过率排名第一，面谈通过率2021是 1,975 / (3,496 + 2,591) = 32.4%，加上庭通过率76.7%，合计通过率84.2%

美国庇护的实际通过率非常低

但是这个结论是怎么得出来的？中国人32.4%的通过率，在2021年所有族群中排名第一，这还只是面谈。

不知道身为data science怎么得出庇护率低的结论？你这相当于写论文只有一个背景，方法、结果直接跳过，结论就是一个通过率低？这种水平的data science研究，你投到SCI能发表？

上面pdf只有总人数，没有「中国人面谈通过率」，倒是雪城大学将人数按种族区分的研究更可靠。

当然如果你觉得你data science做的很厉害，也可以分享下你的研究成就，比如你GitHub有分享你写的python代码，或者你研究发的SCI，影响因子、引用，以及你的作者贡献？想必你的研究成果一定可以吊打雪城大学对吧？

两千是2021的数字。应该不会一直每年批两千的。你贴的报告里说了，2020和2021这两年因为统计口径变了，所以比往年数据降低很多。未来几年新报告的case会算在这两年里

我和你数据来源不同。移民局当年出过报表。而且你仔细看，数据来源是DHS和DOJ。这个可能包含了上庭通过的。DOJ就是负责法院的。如果真的是合并数据，那真的不高。
