申请绿卡的话，需要提交税务记录的，你打黑工这种事情就很容易暴露。不过你找个公民结婚就没事了，结婚的话这些都豁免。
哦还有，抓打黑工的那个部门叫ICE，不是USCIS。

只要没人举报就不会被抓。但是还是小心点，最好别在容易碰到熟人的地方打工。
