眾所周知，美國升息不是什麼罕見的事情。 這會吸引美金回流，匯率就會受到衝擊，那這時候不外乎跟著美國升息，以此穩住匯率；可是利息上升，又會影響到借貸意願，進而干擾經濟成長。 （簡單來說，利息上升會拉高貸款成本，這就會影響個人消費或企業投資的意願；反過來說，刺激經濟成長時，新聞只會說降息，而不會說升息。）

中國的問題在於房地產和過多的貨幣。 升息同樣會拉高房屋貸款的利率，進而導致沒人想買房；而中國經濟的成長一大部分又得依賴房地產與其上游產業，又不能讓房地產沒人買，所以從這角度看，升息是萬萬不可。 而且為了保證經濟成長，還得不停地印鈔，以保證經濟能夠持續成長，可是中國的貨幣早已過剩，更多的鈔票就代表匯率更有可能失控。

這就是兩難。 兩邊都很要命，但必須放棄其中之一，不然兩邊都保不住。 以我的觀察，他大概不會跟著升息，而是保住經濟成長，然後會想依賴外匯管制和干涉市場的方式，硬是壓住匯率。這招不會永遠都有效的，這非常消耗外匯存底，更別說中國的家底本來也沒多少。

其實有點複雜，也可以簡化一點。 一般國家是： 美國升息➞把錢放到美國吃利息更賺➞美金開始回流➞本幣與美金被大量買賣➞各國匯率開始受影響➞各國央行跟美國一起升息➞部分資金選擇停留在本國➞匯率重新穩定

簡化大概就是這樣。 當然中國就是另外一種情況，跟著升息可以保住匯率，但房地產跟經濟成長就死定了；反過來說，不跟著升息那匯率崩跌的壓力就非常大了
