看人说因为中国互联网行业裁员潮，很多失业的跑到日本去了，加上之前疫情期间回国的一批赴日IT人又觉得国内不好混又回流了，导致现在业界饱和了，供大于求，所以也开始提高门槛了，卡日语卡的比较严，最好在国内就把日语学到还不错的水平

日本电子业也很发达，起码和德国荷兰这种差不多，需要人也多，门槛比码农高，如果愿意微调行业，可以选择这个

1.要求变高。以前是活人，会点日语就行；现在要有工作经验&N2+，不然就是日语或技术之一很厉害

2.信任危机。内卷严重，一些无良老板包装废物员工简历送去现场一问三不知，搞得现在都不想雇佣华人，变相提高华人要求

3.还是缺人，还有需求，还有机会。有一些现场的兄弟说缺人干活，只要能力够多面试就能找到工作。特别是日语，日语面试比中文面试要求低很多

总结：优先卷日语 无所谓，我去卷其他行业了

講道理工作經驗+N2，這個感覺才像正常情況😂

入門級IT雖然已經快要被AI橄欖了，但好歹也是腦力勞動。招個編程基礎沒有，日語也不會的人，要多久才能給公司創造價值🤔招派遣本來就是為了有即戰力，從公司的角度很難有招0基礎派遣的理由

新卒求求真别来了给恁们跪了。我es也基本是认真写的，现在申实习，只要是允许用英语的岗or外资经常es就落了。普通面向日本人的岗，跟面试官聊也有很多美国名校老中老印过来卷的
