建议软硬兼修，可以稍微修一些软课，做物联网这种，到了海外拿到身份再转ic，我今年拿到国籍就准备转soc，没有公民身份可能公司会有顾虑

学好数字逻辑，计算机系统，体系架构，编译原理，操作系统这些课，和计算机体系架构（computer architecture)可以交叉，可以申ECE等项目

正统微电子和电路设计是几乎不能run美的，欧洲IMEC也在加紧对中国博士的审查。国内目前IC的高待遇不可持续，当然就算拉胯了也比传统工科好8964倍就是了（前提是你的学校好，清、北、复、东南、电科、西交之外就别想了）

认准微电子所，或者计算所的体系结构方向。半导体所还是算了，不适合run

如果op已经有一个ee或mee的本科学位了那没必要无脑转cs。我建议是和软件交叉，可以走eda，co-design，architecture等方向

除此之外，做正统的analog/RF可以和CS不沾边，但要是做digital肯定得懂点CS和AI的
