我去办证件 被卡了两个下午

更多情况并不是爱理不理，而是单纯出生的年份不对而已

加拿大和日本还不一样，加拿大是地大缺人开发，人少了大不了慢点开发。日本是老龄化严重，等婴儿潮一代全退休了，是劳动力短缺，远不是慢点开发的问题。

而且日本社会氛围远比欧美保守，短期（近几年），就欧洲也在吸引移民来看，也就东（南）亚去日本的会比较多。随着老龄化加剧以及移民吸引力不如欧美，日本的移民政策近几年只会越来越松。
