从法律上来说肯定是不合规的，提供lmia是不能收取费用的，这样被查直接G，而且你风险其实很高，不要觉得有人这样上岸了就没有风险，钱收了你的，中途终止合约你去找谁说理？你本来就是走的不合法路径。
找个西人单位工作个一年努力点争取担保然后花1万多办材料递交不行吗？
