如题，之前有点空欢喜一场？请问所有tra-msa是意味着非澳洲本科/硕士直接寄，无论你有没有工作经验是吗？举个例子，有个移民项目写至少一年/12个月工作经验，那我就算有12个月/1年的工作经验也是大概率完蛋，还是说主要是看工作经验满不满足，满足了就放，你就是phd，只要满足蓝领要求都可以？

就是说，msa评估是说满足了最低条件就自动给你，但有没有雇主愿意要你又是另外一码事，还是说msa也是要评估，哪怕你符合了条件，申请482依然可能被拒？因为官网写着没有qualifcation可以用至少12个月的工作经验代替（2选1，原文是or）
