F1申请政治庇护的话我了解到的是这样的：你在F1身份还有效期间只能进行庇护面谈，不能上移民法庭，面谈通过就拿绿卡，面谈被拒之后回到F1身份，可以再次提出庇护申请。如果你想要上移民法庭的话得等到你的F1身份过期（而且你没有获得新的非移民或移民身份）你的状态变成非法的，你就进入了和走线人一样的找律师打庭的流程。
