k4ut7zy·OP· ↗你是想要pending拿工卡是吗？这个很玄学的 大部分人想早点面试都pending 但是也认识想pending一申请立马安排面试的 但是大概率行得通 工作两年学个法语年纪不太大pr的分肯定是够的 你用长期签证合法进来申请 直接安排面试不通过你也还有一次选择放弃或者appeal的机会

k5errwc·OP· ↗签证和你在美国的status是两回事 你入境美国的时候海关给你多长时间的章你就能in status待在美国多久 f签证好在in status as long as u are still in school 章是DOS 申请庇护签证作废 但是你不出或者advance parole出美国status还是有效的 这样可以避免overstay之类的 只有out of status你才算是illegal immigrant
