你重新入境以后，他们打你指纹还是知道你以前是unc的学生，庇护通过的概率真不高。要是opt也过期了，就回国吧。要是真的铁了心想移，就黑着去打黑工吧。不过生活质量大概率比不上回国爆金币。

这个我感觉更像是从常理出发，庇护者正常情况登陆美国一年内要申请，超出一年的解释原因。但是如果是学生，看得到就读历史，都连续读了几年了，就算强行刷新最后入境时间也没用，其实还是要解释为什么现在才申请

超过一年你基本上政治庇护没可能下来了，你要么黑着不回国，要么回国后永远也来不了了，你有非法移民的记录，发达国家不会给你任何签证，你只有飞厄瓜多尔然后走线进美国，但是依然不会给你庇护，你这么一黑比王伟恒还惨

你要是为了庇护成功的话，那确实希望不大；但如果你是为了工卡，一直在这边层层上诉耗时间，那确实可以，不会有什么问题。

就像别人说的，你在美国读了这么久的书，除非你能证明你在美国期间干了什么事情被国内知道导致回国会收到迫害，否则明眼人都看得出来，中国不会因为你去了一趟墨西哥就突然开始迫害你了

但这并不耽误你拿工卡（150天申请工卡，30天内批），因为在程序上你是合法的（入境一年以内）。申请工卡的时候，你还没面谈呢，所以移民局不会因此怀疑你
