F1入境超一年，opt前申请庇护之后转婚绿可行吗

cs 24ng找不到工作了，想庇护拿工卡这样就不用sponsor，12月底毕业现在申请明年5月拿到工卡，在婚绿前用庇护的ead工卡工作，之后婚绿撤诉，这路子可以走吗懂哥们教教

可以啊，我的绿卡就是这么拿的，庇护转婚绿很简单，把案子撤销就行，同时你的公民配偶申请你的婚姻绿卡，在这期间你的EAD在有效期内就可以工作，境内婚姻绿卡通常在10个月内搞定，前提是真实婚姻
