也不是不行，但是大赦on compassionate grounds也是有条件的，不是是个人就可以获得大赦。要么你是从事加拿大紧缺的职业、你的存在对加拿大有巨大贡献；要么你是在这边生仔生一窝，小加拿大人长大以后帮你求情，否则我看难。

没有护照确定你国籍的方法也有很多。你以前办过其它国家护照没有？有没有提交biometrics？

上次大赦是所有非法移民都被赦免了 不管你的职业 但是需要证明比如你已经在这里工作一段时间了 这种你去找个人买点就好了 不行就走线回来 反正美加边境不设防
