办个申根签，去挪威然后去斯瓦尔巴，中国在 1925 年签订了《斯瓦尔巴条约》，所有中国公民都可以无需签证进入斯瓦尔巴，合法生活、工作，从事经营活动等等。

有人会说都能办申根签了，随便找个欧洲国家黑下来不是一样？差别是去斯瓦尔巴不是黑下来，是合法居留，合法的！

最妙的是斯瓦尔巴属于挪威领土，在那里待很长时间后（八到十年）是可以申请挪威永居的。

这招适合没那么底层（旅游签都办不下来的你们还是走线吧），但条件又没好到可以用其他方法移民的人。

仅提供信息，多一个选择而已，并不推荐有其他选择的人优先考虑这个。

離開太久是會被取消永居的，我記得以前查過規定是兩年，如果在挪威總共待滿六年（包含拿到永居前待的三年，所以最快拿到永居三年後就能申請），再考過挪威語口語，有收入證明是可以拿到挪威公民

有的评论一直说没钱没工作会饿死的也挺没劲的，你没钱没工作去哪不都饿死么……你肯定得自己有养活自己的办法，关键这里是不用办任何手续，别的地方你即使找到工作也未必能办下来工签，即使你有存款也未必能办下来合法身份。
