润了的各位，口味变了么？

美国加日本，润了10+年。发现口味真的变了。

刚来日本的时候，不喜欢这里的食物，不是太清淡，就是太咸，量小吃不饱，但是现在完全喜欢上了。

回国的时候，家人的料理还是很喜欢。但是饭店里的各种浓油浓酱，香料混合，没过多久就腻了。叫外卖，基本都是“轻食”。

我不是吃货，不过馋的时候，除了自己包的水饺，想吃的基本也不是中餐了。自己做饭，被当地朋友笑话是“無国籍料理”...下馆子，几乎也不去中餐馆。当然，也因为国外中餐馆大多hit or miss.

吃辣当然是越来越弱。。。

各位的中国胃还有几成？

小时候在洼地非常能吃辣，几乎不动清淡食物。

现在也喜欢吃不重油不科技辣的川菜，但是对清淡食物完全能接受，刚去日本回来觉得很多食物都非常好吃；喜欢印度和东南亚菜，法国/意大利菜和各种奶酪，口味比较宽泛

哈哈 可以举几个例子吗，多少肯定有相对重口味的，少吃或者避开就好。比如上海的爆鱼 熏鱼 就是油炸的草鱼还加糖

苏州糖醋菜系都重油糖吧，上海上次吃了草头圈子还有红扒鸭一系列都是浓油赤酱的，感觉酒糟系列比较有特色以前没见过

重油重料其實不是中式的問題, 更有可能是因為国內食材水平有很大的改進空間, 所以要狠手的下調味料來解決.

這個可能正正是為甚麼川菜之類辣的會大行其道的原因. 動軏要吃食物的原味的.......那價格就沒競爭力了.

我平时不太说中文，不常上中文社交平台，一般都是看外文影视节目、看英文书和听英文音乐audiobook、podcast等，交朋友也是交外国朋友多。

但，唯一不变的两样是1.中国菜；2.中国的衣服。前者是因为白人饭有两种，一是肉食快餐，消化不了光长肉；二是完全没有味道或者觉得没意思的调料，而且颇为生冷，吃不动对体寒人士也不友好。中国菜的话，平时少吃重油重料的那些，偶尔中餐馆加餐也可以。外国的衣服，版型好看一点少，而且的设计的size往往对不上。
