認真來跟你分析一下，其實台灣一直都有人才外流(braindrain)的問題，這個現象菲律賓也非常氾濫，台灣每年會流失大約30多萬的技術人才，為了尋找更好的生活和收入等等。

話講回來，其實東亞不管哪裡，本質都還是捲的，只是捲的程度不一樣，台灣也沒有對岸捲。

我觉得你应该读博，因为你已经有了清华的硕士学位，你可以用它来申请更好的学校和导师。读二硕不仅浪费时间，而且可能会让你的简历看起来不够专业。你可以试试看UBC，SFU，UVic这些学校，他们的CS都很不错，而且bcpnp的要求也不高。你可以参考这个网站，上面有一些bcpnp的信息和经验分享。祝你好运！
