EB4有排期而且等待时不能无限制工作吧，也就是说你拿到绿卡前工作必须和法轮功有关，不能说你信仰法轮功但是做别的工作或者读书。相比之下庇护c8工卡可以无限制工作跳槽读书。

很多人说对假庇护表现出一种义愤填膺的样子，不过根据本老嗨过去的观察，〇〇人eb4的肮脏程度比之最恶劣的假庇护，就像是“粉红举牌+‘随机’到天使面谈=庇护成功”（这里天使指的是通过率90%以上的面谈官）那种，还要再恶劣至少5倍以上

EB4你需要是宗教领袖才可以。区别在于基督徒和牧师之间的差别。符合EB4, 需要在中国大陆牧过教会，而且美国本土教会愿意聘用你。除非你是广东福建/台湾人，否则基本不可能。华人教会，大部分都是广东福建人做的，怎么可能聘一个连广东话/闽南话都不会说的北方人去做主任牧师？老美教会，更不可能聘一个非英语母语的人当牧师。人家的牧师都是教会长大的。长大以后学神学，回来当牧师。
