- 读一下589庇护申请的form和instruction，确认一下自己是否有资格。
- 找个移民中介问问。坑钱的虽然不少，但真干事情的也是有的。多问问，多聊聊。
移民从来都不是什么简单的事情，不管哪条路从准备到拿卡都是要按5～10年准备的。要有调研的精神，多查多搜。另外你这个条件也不是一定拿不了NIW，都可以找中介聊一下看看。
