本人J1签证入境美国不到一月，坐标加州湾区，已有ssn，本地银行卡和电话号，后面会去考一个驾照。 出国前于洼地某一本经管类就读，大二现处于休学状态，但是不打算再回去了，所以现在只有高中学历。英语日常交流尚可，后续如果打算走读书路线会考托福。 资金家里能提供三十至四十个，还可以借钱。两个已润去加拿大的姐妹能赞助十至二十个金币且帮助学签指导。目的地只考虑北美。

政治庇护：本人在国内没有参加过任何政治活动 没有不良记录，问了两家事务所 ：Kevin-美国新希望移民 报价五千刀 章诚律师事务所Tracy 报价一万刀 有人和这两家合作过吗，家人们有推荐靠谱事务所吗 拿了工卡能做什么工作，本人后续还是想回老家见父母，政治庇护对回国影响大吗，实在回不了也可以，通过其他途径和父母见面。了解了庇护的基本流程但是不知道这个有多大的风险和我这个情况的胜算，还有如果申请政治庇护就再也去不了其他五眼了，也没法再考虑加拿大学签

美国学签：境内转学签，只有能读的起社区大学的资金，但是社区大学好像没有opt，听说当护士到非营利性机构能免抽h1b？

加拿大学签：这个应该是最稳妥的，不过不知道美国境内办理加拿大普通学签的难度，读一个带三年工签的college，专业意向：蓝领开卡车修车电工焊工，护理，牙医助理，配镜师
