本人留学狗一枚，目前f1身份快要到期了，opt也要到期了，时间太紧所以很难找到一个新雇主和新学校，在这种情況下能不能申請庇护？在asylum pending期间f1身份到期了会不会被赶出美国？

kwlqfv3· ↗可以申请，入境时间大于一年也可以申请，只是在申请中需要说明一下为什么这么晚才申请，asylum pending期间你的签证会失效，也不会被递解出境，这期间你可以合法工作并且有ssn，直到你的案子被最终裁决
