五-十年前留下来还比较容易，现在连工作都找不到，还想申请枫叶卡？2018前留下来的可能还有人去美国，五年前留下来的差不多没呆一两年就疫情了。不过疫情期间抓紧机会跳槽到美国公司的人，拿着比本地高不少的工资，估计也没啥心思去美国了。

其实现在很多在加拿大找不到工作的人，去美国也是照样找不到。 美国是好找一些，但是远远没到在加拿大找不到工作，去美国就能拿FAANG的地步。。。。

我没记错的话，TN1可以递交I-140，而递交I-140属于弱移民倾向（递交I-485属于强移民倾向）

TN签证可以递交I140不影响TN确实是非移民签证。真正的双向签证只有LH这种，即使递交485都不影响通过LH签证进出美国的

举能否进出美国来说明并不是要你真的进出美国，而是强调即使你抱着移民意图也不会让你的visa失效，这点就跟其他非移民签证不一样。除此之外还有许多的不同，例如90天规则对其他非移民签证在uscis上一版手册里面是写明具备参考价值的，对双向移民签证则不适用。

另外当然有离开美国的应用场景，包括但不限于去墨西哥短期旅游，亲人海外去世等等。递交485也不是马上就绿卡，有时候进入黑洞最长时间可以等待两年，这期间完全存在出国的可能性。

大佬好，之前在这po过选加选澳的问题，现在在加读healthcare已经两学期了。目标是加身份有了就去美澳工作（可能等不到入籍了，有pr就行），所以不考虑tn，不知道美帝医护拿H1B的概率大不大，还是一定得入加籍后概率高一些？

医护H1B确实有“后门”也就是所谓Non-profit Cap-Exempt，免抽签。

如果你不打算TN，拿不拿🇨🇦护照主要考虑两点： 1、保🇨🇦身份。H1B转绿卡排期很长，入籍之后就不用像枫叶卡一样担心过期 2、🇨🇦籍免美签，只要有I-797就能到口岸CBP申请以H-1B身份入境。其它国籍都要在领馆申请签证。申请签证本身通过率较高，但是Appointment排得久，而且一旦被check可能耽误时间甚至失去offer。
