l308w60· ↗如果你的case处于pending中，我觉得担心完全是多余的，因为庇护以及庇护申请C8是写在移民法里的，要想修改移民法必须经过参众两院多数同意，而不是类似于DACA/DAPA这样的总统行政命令。所以你真正应该担心的还是将来庇护的通过率以及你的case是否经得起推敲。
