准备庇护的一些疑惑

我很庆幸自己能合法进入美国，现在持有有效签证，但我想在我的签证过期后申请庇护。

背景：在美国有过两段打工经历，都是白人的resort和club。在此期间积累了一些干服务员、housekeeper的经历，经理们都说我做的很棒。

我本科学历，英语水平还不错，能跟native speaker聊天。我现在也有在一直学习英语，期望将自己的英语水平接近native speaker。

疑惑：1.如果我申请庇护，在等待工卡期间，我的这两段经历是否能为我在白人餐厅找工作？（能否只出示我的ssn？）

2.我想申请完工卡后，在所在州的社区大学攻读护理专业，能否带着工卡、ssn、国内本科学历申请读书？ 攻读护理专业后，有医院会接受持有工卡的护士吗？还是说只要美国本地的护士？（我在社媒平台刷到很多美国医院只接收有绿卡或者公民身份的护士）

3.有工卡后，除了可以读护士以外，会有美国的公司招聘接收持有工卡的员工吗？（我知道我有点异想天开，但是还是想问问有没有这种可能性）

雇主不能基于国籍，肤色或绿卡状态来筛选员工。

三个中只有国籍和肤色是protected status，传统行业基于签证或者绿卡状态筛选面试者的并不少，客观上来说会减少录用概率。餐馆可能并不care就是了

1.等待工卡期间理论上不能工作，只能打黑工 2.有了工卡，绝大部分工作都没有限制了

2 - 有工卡就可以，雇主不允许因为是哪种工卡就歧视。没有只收绿卡或公民的护士这说，有的话直接去告歧视拿钱。

3 工作许可方面同上，只要你是无限制的工作许可（包括C8工卡），雇主就不允许歧视。雇主只会问你需不需要sponsor（你不需要），不允许问你有没有绿卡。但是你有文凭不代表能找到工作，还是要凭本事。

可以。不要签证结束再申请庇护，结束之前就申请。在美国既没工作过也没实习过，十有八九英语还不行，想直接找到任何程序员的工作都太异想天开了，更何况大厂。读研不只是为工作许可。人脉、实习（有的学校还有Co-op）、校招、两年美国生活对语言的锻炼和文化的熟悉、上的课本身，每一样都非常重要。

2，就读社区大学主要看的是你的是否为州内resident，当然非resident也可以上就是学费与入学要求都是以international来的。一般大部分州都是按照你在此州居住满一年即可视为州内居民。

他只能骗骗根本都分不清签证和护照的，没有出过国的中国人们。即便是一线城市的，都不太会被骗。大概是那种四五线小县城或者农村的人可能被骗。人家美国人需要你一个外国人去餐厅实习？骗鬼呢？做西餐你能做的过老美或者在美国的欧洲裔移民？做中餐你能pk得过老移民？而且还非常种族主义，怎么不编自己能给黑人打工呢？我告诉你，如果中国人能在黑人的圈子里混得开，你基本上能和所有族裔混。

呵呵，B1/2签证禁止工作，连F/M签证也不能直接工作，F必须要申请CPT/OPT才可以，请问你以为美国移民局是他家开的呢？所以，这个要么就是骗子，拿到中介费直接消失。要么就是用虚假材料来申请旅游签，然后给华人非法打工。基本就这两个路子。
