澳洲移民局联合移民中介的监管机构 OMARA，在 7 月初给全体中介发了正式的通知文件，应该就是 op 发的这封：

告诫移民中介们不要使用虚假材料去协助申请人办理虚假的难民保护签证

违反规定的中介将会被吊销牌照 5 年。而且，申请人本人不但会被罚款，甚至可能坐牢 10 年

有一个数字，澳洲 866 类别难民保护和人道主义签证（Protection visa），其中来自中国的申请人仅有 8.4% 获批，换言之，90% 以上的中国籍申请人都不会在澳洲拿到庇护。所以，这和美国走线的情况大不相同。中国人去美国申请庇护的整体成功率确实高多了

一旦不批，签证到期后，你在澳洲被迫成为黑民，身份要洗白就非常难。在这之后，但凡有身边人举报，非常容易就会被移民局带走并遣返

我知道的情况，身边有朋友的室友，因为没身份打黑工并藏匿现金收入，直接被警察上门带走调查了，就上个月的事情

另外，未来澳洲不管是工党还是自由党执政，都在加速难民签的积压审理，把原本的几年的审理时间给缩短，那么，原本很多人想靠申请难民签的方式来钻空子，试图延长自己在澳洲合法居留时长的做法 就会大打折扣

目前来看，目前在位的工党政府决心把这个处理时间大大缩短。

考虑到当前的澳洲的生活成本危机和租金保障，大家都把矛头有意或者无意地指向移民。所以就算自由党能上台，仍然会延续这种做法，同样会加速审理难民签，防止被钻空子。
