西城只买最便宜的占坑学区房的话价格不算夸张，即使通过租房也可以参加西城区全区派位或者上一个非常一般的小学。你的原话是“小孩免费就近上学”，这个确实是可实现的。

巧了，我正好有前同事是芬兰大学读博。确实他北京税后比芬兰的工资高一点点。但情况得说明下，他的offer是博士里面的sp，税后收入至少是这大厂硕士应届生平均水平的1.5倍（不清楚他具体收入，知道下限，这是很保守的估计）。而他在芬兰的offer也不比普通人高多少。他回国主要原因是国内消费相对低一点（使唤牛马能力差太多），而且他也不想过北欧这种一眼看到头的生活，拿北欧和北京比税后，这得相当田忌赛马了。北京普通人既使唤不了牛马，也看不到生活有啥希望。（北欧起码稳定保障你，国内那可是说完蛋就完蛋）
