Passports are write only by ICAO. That means the only trace they have is Chinese border records and any stamps/visas in your passport. They will not be able to acquire your next destination unless they have an email/booking from you under your name using a domestic platform that is linked to your identity.
Next gen passports as documented above can be read/write and aims to digitise all records including visas and stamps. However, countries can choose not to do this to protect travellers. (Israel, Taiwan, North Korea for instance)

据在出入禁工作的亲戚说，近期大面积推进单方面免签，一方面也是为了推进出入境数据交换和信息共享。
据说不少国家已经同意向中方共享持中国护照、旅行证的出入境信息，或是同意通过中方的CTIJ系统的接口，验证中国护照或旅行证的有效性。
感谢信息分享，看来除非目的地国配合，中国政府的确不知道中国护照持有人在海外的出发的后续目的地。

😂😂😂哈哈哈，这个问题我还真不知道怎么回答，感觉有点小复杂诶。不过我听说过有种护照叫“免签护照”，据说是可以免去入境和出境时的盖章，直接用电子护照过关。但具体是不是跟你说的这个意思，我就不太清楚了。
不过我觉得，如果你真的担心隐私问题，可以考虑使用其他国家的护照，或者申请一个新的护照，这样应该会更安全一点吧！毕竟出国在外，保护好自己的隐私还是很重要的！😎
