求指点，当前这环境怎么才能润

本人20年末流211垃圾专业本科毕业，幸好当时就业状况良好找了个想要科创板上市的企业。由于该科创板对研发人员占比有要求，我就成功转码了（专业课程也有一些C/C++、算法和数据库的课程，但老师都是些没啥经验的，ppt复读机）。目前30个，想润得不行。

一共待了两个公司就对老中的企业ptsd了。

老板似乎觉得自己是另外一个物种，根本不知道什么是尊重。大小管理层更是“太监”，他们存在的意义只有一个，满足老板的私欲。什么设计啦、什么研发啦、什么体验啦、什么员工成长啦、什么公司发展啦，通通不关心，只关心老板的感受。但是这些老板只会“三拍”：一拍脑门想点子，二拍胸脯打包票，三拍大腿悔不当初。麻了！

企业普通员工里面也有一群sb，下班了啥事没有，开始写日报，就得拖段时间才走。每天写TM几百字小作文，佛了。明明开发计划有问题，就是拍胸脯说没问题，出了事还得帮忙收尾。奋斗逼和演员充斥职场，分别给老板提供牛马价值和情绪价值。同时扮演两者的就是所谓的职场“成功人士”

除了工作外，这个社会也是让人不适：小粉红魔怔，中粉红暴戾，老粉红坏蔫。我现在除了网购软件、通讯软件和游戏资讯软件基本不用国内的app了。不堪入目，看了觉得污染灵魂。现实生活中确实也有很多正常人，问题就是“文革”没发生前大家也觉得周围都是好同学、好同事、好邻居。中国当前的教育和社会环境，教育出来的不过是“集权社会”下权力的仆从。挣扎在生存线上的国人，个人坚持和个人意志都十分薄弱，处于马斯洛需求金字塔的底层。

综上，不润是不行了，再待下去得抑郁。

我之前其实有一个润的计划，那就是去加拿大渥太华读一个college的computer program co-op，然后找工作。因为有一些编程经验，在我看来这是一条很适合我的道路，college的价格我也能负担。但是我最近在加拿大本地sub（r/cscareerquestionsCAD）中看到本地人都找不到工作，各个信息渠道都显示加拿大近几年不欢迎移民，再加上最近加拿大移民局一通限制移民的政策一发布。我感觉我的college道路已经没法继续了。

我现在十分迷茫是赌一把加拿大2-3年后环境变好，继续我的原计划，还是应该另寻目标？最近看了一下日本和欧陆的帖子，感觉也很不错，我也不介意学新的语言。但怎么权衡时间、金钱和精力才是我担忧的事情。去日本和欧陆花费和时间成本我不知道我能不能承担。希望得到大佬指点

Ps：1、我现在还在职，还能攒点金币。2、我的工作经验主要在做专业软件方面，不是互联网，什么java和前端我都不会。3、英语当前只能上班间隙学习。英语水平现在一般，大概能达到本地小学生水平，YouTube上简单的节目能听懂大部分，复杂的节目会由于单词不认识而听不懂

按现在的政策 法语到B2+就等于枫叶卡 但是到了加拿大还是照常用英语就完了 这个水平的法语离融入法国社会差的还远

就算法语通道关闭 但移民系统的法语加分不会变 因为扩展魁北克外法语人口是基本国策 大概不会有大的调整

硕士有coop的多啊 授课制很多都有coop 除了申请门槛和学费可能稍微比college高 另外ytb简单节目能听懂大部分其实已经将就能用了 我大学同学完全基本没法看英文ytb现在还是在纽约上学上得风生水起（虽然她只混中国人圈子）

祝好！30w再打打工 读个一年或者一年多点点的话省点应该是够的。现在留学生一周可以打工20小时，如果有配偶的话可以带上，配偶是可以全职打工的

難找, 去華人區可能好找一些, 而且考慮到你沒有車的話, 打工也不方便。除非你住downtown,不然這邊交通非常不便, 如果要有車, 單是車保一個月就三百來刀

我是觉得找到工作了之后，拿省提名后再拿pr也是一样的。那个更好找到工作，需要的资金越少，反而是我跟注重。最重要的还是花费问题，毕竟我手里的钱少

去年的话学it的润德国还行，也不要求德语，但是今年经济环境实在太差，it猛裁人，不知道啥时候能缓过来
