I believe the English listening practice should focus on three main aspects: tone familiarity, rules of connected speech, and the connection between word pronunciation and meaning.

For example, someone may have more advanced English skills than beginners and be familiar with the tone and pronunciation of the words. They may not want to waste time getting familiar with the tone, while others may just be unfamiliar with the connected speech, and some beginners are very unfamiliar with both tone and pronunciation.

Therefore, if you provide more flexibility and freedom of selection for users, the browsing experience would be better. I suggest you index every section by time, like other YouTubers have done.
