欧美国家对于精神疾病的接受程度远高于国内。教授都很理解学生可能会因为心理问题导致学术表现有影响，都很包容。有医保的话，看病吃药也更便宜方便。接受心理咨询等也更便利

我不仅焦虑症还有其他精神疾病，但是出国了，仍然在跟精神问题纠缠着但是明显好太多了，这边开精神药物很方便，也更便宜。不过情况因人而异，感觉主要看焦虑的根源是什么。
