我不反对润。但是第一授课型硕士i对申博毫无帮助（CMU平时压力就很大，根本没时间做科研）。第二北美现在CS找工作地狱模式。

所以润是对的，但是真的别对未来想法太多

有的，可以利用假期去别的大学实验室做免费劳动力（cmu应该很卷，本校比较难找），在境内因为没有签证问题，找地方会容易很多，尤其是华人实验室，如果有connection给你项目就更好了

f皇居然看这个帖了，还想咨询你来着。我现在有点纠结，既想利用这个Ms找工，又感觉还是得把做科研申博作为主要目标，留条后路。现在的想法是前面一年半争取做出点东西，再看就业和申请情况做决定。如果CMU不好找课题组也许可以去隔壁UPitts（我现在也有UPitts genome bioinformatics的Ms，不过大概还是会去CMU）。

589目前没有打算，我还没有被迫害或者有意被迫害，而且感觉也未必就认定美国了，情况不好还可以跳车，我也不介意满世界飘的生活。

就是两个难度，但非盈利和研究型大学对国际生还是很友好的，科研能力在全世界都是硬通货。

另外现在把linkedin帐号建起来，进了项目就开始加人，加各种2nd connection，每天给首页post一溜点赞，是件better than nothing的事，说不定有转机。想要更多爹味指导可以推特私信我

不太清楚生物信息国内有什么强组，不像cs强组那么著名，感觉这个方向人不算太多，小红书看到的申请者感觉也是美本居多。做医学相关的组发文章厉害，但湿实验数据大多应该要给组内研究生用来毕业，不一定轮得到我。我生物本科也基本没学到啥东西。总之对做RA这条路不太自信
