本人99年出生高中学历，英语还不错，之前在国内做点小生意，白纸时代也是被喝过茶， 24年正好老婆怀孕了，就想着申请下美签试试，没想到真的通过了。

到24年中开始，国内糟糕的经济环境导致我的生意开始大幅下滑，再加上国内政治环境，感觉每天都如履薄冰，当时我有两个option。

  1. 呆在国内苟着，如果最后2m rmb花完就变老赖限高，可能就废了
  2. 润美，给孩子美籍，再想办法留下来

和家里人商量完感觉自己还年轻，应该选第二条路试试，于是去年成功入境美国，在美国生了孩子。

经过一个月思想斗争，交了589。兜里钱很尴尬，猛搞eb5可能够得到，但是搞了就彻底没钱了万一项目黄了就鸡飞蛋打啥也没了。转学签是常规路，但是不能工作，而且学费很贵。eb系列就更不用想了，180天的入境限制来不及也不想赌。

综合考虑回国是当老赖，限制出入境一样，申请589也是限制出入境（如果真的重视自己case是不会出境的）保底10年拿卡，期间自由工作，而且我一直有个读大学的想法，这样还能一边打工一边读书，非常自由。最关键的是在加州呆满一年可以很低的in state tuition，非常有性价比。

我现在无比感谢去年下决心的自己和支持我的老婆，我觉得我这个案例值得分享出来给一些想润的朋友提供参考。

在我看来我不推崇走线进来，因为身份到最后就是解决不了，结婚也要出境重新更新i94，这操作只适合彻底走投无路就是想冒死赚点钱的。

如果有一定钱够得到eb5，我也建议慎重考虑，不管在哪生活都要考虑能不能活下去，有钱在手里最起码不慌，身份很重要但是不是全部

最后留学的，如果你是为了一种留在美国的手段，读美本国际生真的很贵而且只能打校内工。你付出的钱不一定比eb少，只是能不能一次性付的问题。

我知道走庇护会有很多弊端，不能自由回国，但是作为中国人真的很不容易，如果你想润说明你看懂了时代，你的认知超越很多人，留在国内你只能痛苦的接受，人一辈子说长不长说短不短，能折腾的年龄也就小几十年，有舍才有得，f签转h1b你要面对的是巨大的未知和成本，并且在绿之前不可能自由的找工作，面临太多限制，如果你已经想润，就不要纠结能不能回母国的问题，必须要有所舍弃，相比于h1b slave，我果断选择不回国。也不要拿自己和家里可能毕生的积蓄做eb5真的可能卡财两空。

最后，以上一切的前提都是，第一你必须要有美国签证，必须要手里有一定存款能度过适应周期，一定要有相对过关的最起码的口语能力，这三者保证过渡周期的稳健。希望能对有想法的人有所帮助
