需要申請公民的代表了不是公民. 他就算是綠卡持有者, 也不是公民. 所以在申請公民時要看那堆, 那也不存在不符合法律不溯及既往的规则.
只有在申請完成, 拿到XX之後, 再回頭去看這堆social media之類, 不符合的就把XX revoke了, 才算是到法律不溯及既往的规则

其實也不止查申請人了 ice請的contractor可是查全部人的🙃 所以就算不申請任何 被找到會被revoked麽🤔
