正经回答。我坚信，做学术是带出来的，教授自己要做，学生参与，学生也要有自己的idea和贡献，然后经过2-3篇文章，学生才能慢慢学会自己独立研究。很多老教授自己跟个项目经理一样根本不自己参与，讲得越多越碍事。

你所谓的教步骤方法，那只能教已经有的知识，科研不是教出来的。

你说的没错。但老中所谓的科研就是墙外东西搬回去本土化（教墙外已经有的知识）。很少有带头搞出来的。你看我最开头发的那个是不是这个意思。原先本来跟无头苍蝇一样的研究方向突然因为千偷计划引进个老教授提了一下，牛马就往那方面去搞。加上其他因为千偷计划引进的同样搞这东西的中下层牛马，草台班子一凑搞出来个瓦房店版的，但总比没有强。这不是一直在老中环境发生的吗。所以说这影响不能小看。
