就单纯是饭量的问题
subway的30cm的那款(应该是12inch?)，属于差不多能吃饱的水平，再让我多吃也能吃，少点就不够的水平。
而且我本身就是瘦子一个，180，75kg

男的中午吃一个footlong可以差不多吃饱，但是不顶饿，晚上不吃会饿
如果中午吃个six inch,下午就饿了

我footlong 能吃两个 以前subway还有买一送一的时候看进去就买 后来发现吃俩有点多
