塞舌尔不太熟，中间的毛里求斯几乎不开放移民而且全是印度人，你可能都瞧不上的首都路易斯港更是正儿八经的GaWC城市beta-的大城市，和西雅图曼彻斯特一个等级的；最下边的留尼汪直接就是法国海外省，和法兰西本土一个待遇的
