本人陆本双非土木（gpa只有3.1，排名在前30%）本科老师给分很严，楼主本科的时候也没有留学的想法没有努力提高绩点。因为是土木所以楼主本科毕业没有直接就业。 现在国内某top5 985法硕研二。 因为现在法硕就业前景十分严峻，在考虑要不要研二下学期到研三准备lsat申请jd。 因为本人导师原因国内读博很困难或者要降级，在国内一毕业就业前景还不如本科毕业就业前景好，周围人都在考公，但不适合楼主所以想试试能不能申请jd。 没有工作经历但本科后有两年一边实习一边考研的经历（没有合同不交五险一金那种实习），读研期间也有两段实习。 金币家里可以百分百支持，但家里希望读完回国内，楼主还保留着润的想法，并且通过实习楼主也天真的觉得可能国内的氛围不太适合自己。
想问问楼主这样的情况如果好好努力考lsat，有没有可能申请的美国t20。感觉如果很努力但是只能再靠后的学校花两三百个去读读完再回国很不值。 希望uu可以给点建议，楼主很天真不太了解行情求轻喷
更新：楼主又按照成绩单算了加权平均分是84分，但按本科学校的算法gpa只有3.1/5，优势在土木核心课分数比较高都在90上下，不知道申美国会不会有一点希望

在非法治國家, 給法律界人士的蛋糕會特別少. 而且氣氛等等問題也是眾所週知的.
法律學科想潤是特別困難的. 根本不缺文科背景的當地人去搶法學位置.
在潤的角度看, 說不準雙非土木都比top 985 law好用....

美国是由移民组成的国家，又不是欢迎移民的国家，我觉得你替人打官司然后被警察威胁之后，去美国政治避难都比靠读JD移民美国的成功率高

樓主這case, 除非靠婚綠/政庇，否魝去美國讀JD絕對是浪費時間和金錢。留不下，（能進yale之類算你贏）回國認受性還沒有中國top高。
把錢省下來去環球旅遊開開心心開開眼界更算。
