op在美国能进这样的公司真的很爽。
不过欧洲it行业实际有效工作时间每天5小时是非常普遍的了。毕竟扣除中午吃饭两小时，每天上午下午喝咖啡聊天吹水加起来一个多小时，即使每天朝十晚六，实际工作就只有5小时不到。
我现在的startup工作，已经比法国的大公司要卷一些了，也每天只上班5小时，每周只有2个下午要去办公室，其他时间全部远程，划水也没人知道。每年可以有一个月的work from anywhere。也没什么KPI压力
反而是以前在法国非it行业工作的时候，工作时间明显更长，不支持远程工作，压力更大，收入更低
