双非土木、GPA 垫底、工地一年：想润但条件很差，我还有什么可能的出路？

大家好，我目前正在认真考虑润出去的可能性，但对自己的情况也比较清楚，所以想听听大家的意见。

我本科学的是土木工程，双非，GPA 基本是垫底那种。毕业之后在国内工地干了一年多，目前到手工资大概 8k~9k，基本没有什么存款。英语水平也就能勉强听懂一点，没有雅思托福成绩，也不会讲英语。

我从中学开始就不太喜欢国内的文化和社会环境，尤其是工作和生活边界模糊这点，感觉自己不是很适应。所以一直想找机会去一个法治相对健全、生活节奏更适合自己的地方生活。理想是美国或其他英语国家，但现实是我现在的条件基本够不到，而且也没有钱支撑自己读昂贵的留学项目。 最近在研究两个可能的路径：

一个是法国CFA学徒制，不需要花太多钱，主要靠企业付薪水。而且我一直喜欢法国的电影、建筑、文学，没奢求赚多少钱，就是想在那里能和喜欢同样文化的人交流。 另一个是德国双元制，相比法国学徒制更规范，流程清晰、风险更低。如果顺利毕业的话，留在当地生活的难度也会更小。

我现在的打算是： 年后辞职 → 明年专心学语言（法语/德语） → 语言满足后尝试申请学徒制/双元制 → 明年中旬抽一次澳洲 WHV，看看自己有没有运气先过去打工攒钱。

所以我想问问大家： 以我目前的条件 有没有更现实、可执行的润出去路径？ 或者在法国/德国等等这些，哪一个对我这样的人可能性更高？

说实话，看下来真心怕你眼高手低。中学开始就不喜欢国内，结果也没付出行动多接触外面的世界，英语甚至不会讲，太夸张了。喜欢法国但是也没有语言成绩，你给我感觉对什么事情都是凭印象做，美化没接触过的东西，但总是总是没有行动/拖延行动/行动不成功（语言不会，成绩不行，没有出路）

建议是现在开始学语言，辞职前能考出一定水平再进行下一步，不逼自己一下你现在这个状态感觉做什么都难成功。
