目前很迷茫是去欧洲加拿大还是美国，感觉最近政策都在收紧想知道哪个成功率会更高

最重要的金币和语言不说吗。留学的话准备好对应国家的钱了吗，有信心学小语种落地两年达到接近native speaker的水平吗。硕士留学美国留下来可能性=0，加拿大没了解但有法语能力分数高应该可以，欧洲是你说的3个里最简单的，但找工作都要学小语种，可以考虑德国工业博士。只有欧日还没那么不缺CS了，但你CS去欧日提升不大，交了税反而没国内大厂高，如果只是为了钱或者「我移民了在别人眼里很成功」的想法而移民的话不建议

2023/2024之前都说美国难留CS难找，其中或多或少还有一些调侃味道，现在快2026上述两个就是连想到不要想了，千分之一可能万分之一能留下找到工作。我个人经验就是机会可能在听起来不体面的industry里，比如物流供应链，现在都在和中国脱钩，这些需求反而不少，而且竞争也少。
