真有本事交就靠硬技術弄job offer, 畢竟EP 5K SG一個月的工資完全是top graduate student有可能拿到的。

水碩的問題不在MOM, 而在僱主啊: 我為甚麼要花那個錢聘一個水碩？

學的不相關/沒有用，那反正都是general degree, 又不翠shortage, 那為甚麼不聘一個本地的whatever bachelor算了？

當big 4 fresh graduate是大約4.3K, 平均master graduate 接近5K，像是CS CE之類平均一早上了六千多的，在這吐嘈EP線太高的，只能說是找工作水平問題。

马劳英语水平额... 当然比中国大陆人还是强太多了。体感他们一大堆Malay比英语都要好。

英语好的马华以及马印在新加坡直接blend in几乎不需要任何适应。这些人里有些是先在KL干几年再来。

因为新加坡技术移民政策就那些，unspoken rules不少但和中国大陆人无关甚至更糟糕。本sub构成绝大部分中国大陆人（移民成功前+后），很多稍微值得讨论的东西只针对马来西亚人甚至华裔马来西亚人（比如F&B WP转SP甚至EP再申请PR，EP真实可以搞的薪水等等），你Chinese搞了半天连资格都没有aka WP都很难随意拿到那有什么好讨论的？

一方面，新加坡也是个鸡肋：地缘环境恶劣/淡水供给依靠马来西亚/移民二代的男性服兵役/无法合法地持有双重或多重国籍/其territorial tax system和低税率并非不可替代：亚欧结合部有格鲁吉亚，西亚有阿联酋/卡塔尔等，美洲有巴拿马/巴哈马/开曼群岛等。

另一方面，绝大多数中国人根本达不到移民新加坡的入门级门槛，素质普遍也不高。新加坡从民间到官方最支持的是马来西亚华人移民，这是默认的，其他潜规则也很多。

看了看NUS NTU的碩士畢業生收入中位數似乎大概是4千5/6左右。

顺便补充一下po主自身情况：sg那三所大学的水硕，发现其实新加坡ep/pr中国人其实并不少，但是工作几乎靠内推/校招，然而一点攻略都没有，所以来发问
不太喜欢日本的dress code和露露文化并且实在对日语没什么天赋，也很怕回去996（po主心脏不好），所以想办法努力留sg中

認真說，樓主發這個問題，本身就說明問題。

因為OP去找潤新加坡的群組，本身就是不合用的。wrong question to wrong target audience.

what you need is a job offer. 所以要找的，是同行，是校友，是舊生之類。

E.g. 你針對甚麼行業，甚麼岡位，你是哪所學校哪個碩士program(是具體到which program)，你的同學們去哪了？找了同program/department的師兄師姐取經了沒？（申請前該看了）employment report 給了你甚麼insight?

目標岡位需要甚麼skillset? 主要聘哪家學校哪個主修的？（should include ​our major, 否則你根本不夠花錢去讀）。

以上種種都是很專門，只有相關目標人群才懂的。問一個general SG immigration group一點用都沒有. you should have started your research well before you apply. you should have started networking right after you land. you have have been well prepared before your job seeking.

你能搞定給你辦EP的job offer, 別的問題（e.g. 怎樣轉PR）可以從長計議

看完之後覺得太卷了？那肯定的，所以SG不適合你，好走不送。

去找同学过于大海捞针了，因为po主所在program是著名90%来自老中、90%还要回老中的项目，且是一年Msc，没有师兄师姐这一块人脉；还有就是之前说的ICA黑箱问题，到底这几年批下来速度如何还是一个general的了，甚至关于小公司神奇申请ep方法（曾经有朋友硕士并没有毕业就以本地学生薪资标准下了ep 不知道怎么弄的），比如小红书就可以零星看人分享经验但是小红书毕竟还是没有分类功能，群组也全是广告

LoL the thing is young professional Singaporeans don't do master degrees locally. 在本地读master的本地年轻人会被认为是能力太差找不到任何体面白领工作（连big 4 audit这种常年被Malaysian占据的工作都找不到你想一想能力是有多差）才来读。所以就像op所言这些program充斥着（想移民的）Chinese和Indian留学生... Malaysian都不会来读，因为能力还OK的不需要这个master就可以来工作。

充斥著想移民的Chinese and indian不是大問題，英美學制本來就是學士就就業，不太多人讀碩。問題是在於：

1. 90%都是中国人。印度人更窮潤心更堅決，這類只有中国沒幾個印度的，就是賣title的 <---印度沒幾人有這個錢去浪費
2. 另一個big negative indicator 就是找不到師兄師姐，“90%还要回老中的项目”. 歷史數據早就說明了中国人留不了，想取經也找不著人，那去讀這類的還想甚麼留SG?

non local多的碩士不要命，non local沒幾個能留的才要命

有甚麼能讀的, 我舉個case study為例: NUS MFE: https://rmi.nus.edu.sg/mfe-program/student-profiles/

65% international, 35% local; 66% full time, 34% part time, 估計大多數full time = international, part-time = local, 後者說明了job market是對這類碩士有需求, 否則也沒有幾個local會來讀. 同時, alumni are natural network.

另, 根據別的資料顯示, international student能在SG找到工作的比例有50%. good enough for betting.

median salary is like 7K+, 根本不用擔心EP工資線.

我现在在新加坡工作，想出去了，我自己没实力，虽然我是马来西亚人，但我连高中学历都没有，作为一个wp拼死拼活拼来一个996，月2.2千新,对我来说这是我拿过最高的薪水，先不说这里的环境，我就觉得很压抑，歧视什么的，整个国家就像是拼命吸血外国劳工的存在，用完就丢，我这里看好一些越南人缅甸人每天工作14个小时，月休2天甚至1天，我上一个工作越南组长自愿干12小时每个月一天休息都没有，他说想挣钱，但又经常叹气说很累不够休息没有力气……，我也无能为力，作为马来西亚人我比他们待遇好很多了，有时候想为他们打抱不平，但我的待遇比他们好，他们心里也是五味杂陈

各有各的难呢 如果是有学历的话马来西亚反而又工资很低了，有个公司差不多的岗位马来西亚是8000马币，新加坡这边是5000新币
