死磕没必要 但你再怎么也得达到正常交流水平 拿考试来说，你至少得有个雅思7。当然口语能力不能很好的量化就是了。

回答都没说到点上 澳洲的话，技术移民很难，至少要成为ship’s master船长才行 读书的话，Australian Maritime College是没问题的，很多外国的海员都读这个，你可以去问问，你拿着你的大专证书，能transfer多少credit
