不如国内待着攒钱和工作经验然后学法语走ee。反正出国找工也要经验。基本上可以说经验大于一切吧。

至于欧洲国家，德法想留下来语言也是必须学到一定水平的。荷兰倒是可以英语，但你的预算多半不够。

这上面的人素质是真低啊，大部分自己都没出去过。给个其他建议，和男朋友一起申请澳洲whv，过去集签最多待3年，中途读个Tafe，有3年工签，然后485移民，去看看485的分。这应该是比较容易留下的方式了。

大四上秋招没找到工作吗？存款1万，都不够你俩考雅思，公证材料，申请学校+出机票的。
先国内工作2-3年攒50个金币，最好预留出2年完全没产出的钱。
2-3年后有金币了，2027年前，英语刷到大分7小分6，再看各种国家的政策。

你俩都在寒假刷leetcode 300道+编项目，沾点ai + gpt的，年后春招你测试/前端，你男朋友后端，攒金币就完了。南京不是外包之都吗，你俩一个月攒个1.5个金币，30个月50w金币差不多就是2-3年时间。平时就加班，周末学英语，做爱戴套，别造个人出来，起码别在现在造。

如果2-3年后，金币也攒了，你俩还在一起，结婚了，那就双打，一个读书，另外一个配偶签上班。
如果分开了，就自己靠自己攒的金币读硕+打工+毕业工作
最后无非就是学历+年龄+语言+工作经验+其他附加分的移民。

现在比较容易是日本，读书，居留，拿身份？这个了解不多，因为还得重新学日语。
再容易一点就是新西兰，6分制读个硕士找个中位数的工作就有了，问题你是new grad，凭啥给你中位数工作，所以回到上面国内干2-3年经验。新西兰护照拿到就能去澳大利亚了。
