大四上无论去哪都有点太晚了 更何况你家境不好 还不考虑英美加澳 抓紧考下来托福或者雅思 试试申请日本sgu吧 不然你只能润东南亚了

不如国内待着攒钱和工作经验然后学法语走ee。反正出国找工也要经验。基本上可以说经验大于一切吧。
至于欧洲国家，德法想留下来语言也是必须学到一定水平的。荷兰倒是可以英语，但你的预算多半不够。

这上面的人素质是真低啊，大部分自己都没出去过。给个其他建议，和男朋友一起申请澳洲whv，过去集签最多待3年，中途读个Tafe，有3年工签，然后485移民，去看看485的分。这应该是比较容易留下的方式了。
