众所周知加拿大是宁古塔气候寒冷，唯一宜居的地方就是温哥华周围一圈小小的平原，但已经挤满了人，那温哥华旁边不是还有个温哥华岛吗？我查了一下气候还挺宜居是温带海洋性气候面积也不小和台湾差不多大，但岛上基础设施也太落后了吧连条高铁都没有，要是让汉族来开发温哥华岛估计就变成下一个台湾了吧？

是因为可居住面积就那么大点，关键是人口很少，从港人80年代带头猛润到今天，温哥华也就小几百万人人口
