是，之所以搞个A10，就是考虑到如果达不到庇护标准，但确实有可能需要庇护，一旦不给庇护回国就遭受酷刑，只是美国暂时无法确认的确是这样，就给了A10。抓人只发生在之前面谈不过去参加的情况。

夸张了，比那些非洲国家，还有也门，以及过去的阿富汗差远了。那些基本上90%吧。欧洲更明显，你中国来的，人家觉得你当然不如叙利亚、也门这些战乱国家来的有说服力。他们可以拿出自己家园过去什么样，现在什么样的照片来对比。如果说论迫害的烈度，中国不如伊朗。伊朗的宗教迫害是很疯狂的。

我这边附近就一个农场，认识一堆韩国人在20年以前来这边打工，拿到绿卡后接着读professional degree。我还认识个澳门人一几年那会也是这么干的，自己亲身经历认识的人我肯定信啊，只不过牢中走不了这条路而已
