I believe it's feasible. Theoretically, Chinese doctors can apply for residency in the US through the USMLE, since most decent medical schools in China are WHO-accredited. The real challenges lie in securing suitable residency positions (many hospitals accept only graduates of top Chinese medical schools) and managing the financial burden before completing all procedures. Many Chinese couples in the US have husbands who obtain permanent resident status (PR) through work in the tech industry, and the wives, with their husbands' financial support, begin their residency training after obtaining PR.

Nursing will be much easier than being a doctor, especially when it comes to finishing all the paperwork.
