I'm looking for a good study option to migrate to Australia, but three most popular options, including ECE, social work, nursing, are so popular that there are too many students jammed in these paths. Guys here having any idea about other good options? For example, physiotherapy or occupational therapy, speech pathology, and blue collar occupations, like chef, electrician.

As far as I can tell, there will never be enough social workers and/or nurses, because their turnover rate is very high and many students aren't really interested in these fields.
