本人国内已有五年经验，搞前端的（属于辗转外包和小公司那种边缘生态位），目前计划是去西班牙学一年计算机类硕，然后找工作，浏览迪区下来感觉欧洲计算机行业普遍萧条，真的这么严重吗，ai冲击这么伤？就算有一定经验也不好找伐？（对简历重度包装丝毫无道德疑虑）

该培养培养，但这圈子本来就senior职级过于泛滥人均senior，太多人拿着初级senior的头衔但只是更熟练的干着junior级别的重复性工作，水平也从来没碰到过senior。

这类人存在只是因为确实有些活儿需要找个相对便宜人干，虽然不能被AI完全替代，但显然是裁减一部分。

如果AI没有加快信息化速度，盘子不变大那这些损失的岗位就永远损失了。

短期内这个市场肯定是要震荡的，比如招junior少了，cs不再热门大家纷纷转行，然后供给又萎缩了，行情好像又变好了，但最终会稳定在一个更低的位置。

这其实是不存在的。能优化，但是有限。这也是为什么真的搞AI产业给这波AI的评分是“增强”。现在产业里边没有一家公司敢说AI给自己业务带来巨大的帮助。Facebook已经吹上天了也只是在95%的增长里AI帮助了5%。2025第二季度财报

当地人的帖子统一论调就是找工作难，上次看到一个本地人也是编程的人发的帖子，说找工作很难，房租很贵导致几乎存不了钱，而且由于西班牙分布差异导致除了大城市以外其他地方几乎没有工作岗位，公司全部在大城市里，马德里，巴塞罗那。从而导致房租这一块很难降下来，而且薪水也不是很高好像，一些统计数据似乎说自打2008年经济危机以来工资就没有大涨过，物价倒是在不断上升。他们本地打工人也有很强的润的欲望，学德语跑到北边去工作。

我在西班牙，我的建议是去法德英荷北欧那些人均高的国家学习找IT工作，混几年如果能找到全远程工作的岗位再来西班牙那是最舒服的。 直接来西班牙找也是靠外企捞，我有个朋友在马德里法国it公司上班税前5w欧已经是这边的顶级工资了。
