有點雞蛋裡挑刺, 但是明顯樓主這個case其實有可以改善的(with / without time machine):

其實EE開始比CS缺人的趨勢已經有了好兩三年(there are just too many ppl going for CS nowadays). Probably OP is better off a bit if pivot back to his/her own field somehow.
  2. 只限在大城市找(and that's frankfurt, not berlin/munich), 那是真心不好搞的, 太多人想去了.

It’s a tough market. But just going over the basics:

  • your degree is Informatik/Wirtschaftsinformatik from a public university?
  • your German level is C1 with a certificate (or you graduated from a German-speaking program)?
  • your resume is written according to the German format, in German?
  • you are applying to German-speaking jobs?
  • you are using Xing/Stepstone in addition to Linkedin?
  • you are comfortable interviewing in German?
  • you are flexible on work location (anywhere in Germany)?
  • you are asking for a reasonable salary?
  • you have a specialized niche (language/framework), you have experience/projects in that niche, and your CV shows that?

If your answer is “no” to any of the above, there are ways to increase your chances. If it’s all “yes”, then hang in there - keep sending applications, there are jobs, and you only need one chance. Also, 70 apps in 2 months is nothing, I sent out 40-50 within a week when I job hunted.
