我未来想当影视特效师，我看indeed 日本上Houdini岗位最多的时候1000个，工资400-500万日元，大部分在东京，但是我看外网有的洋大人在日本的工作经验都说这一行钱一个月只有25万日元还是在东京，我现在在学Houdini，以后还要学合成和建模，然后洼地攒工作经验，但是看上面的情况好像很难找工作的样子

kfc4ej7· ↗简单来说，日本这边很多不招聘外国人的公司，招聘外国人的公司相对来说较少。你要搜索的关键字是外国人平均收入，25万这个是外国人在这行业的平均收入，不是东京这个行业的平均收入水平。想要和本国人同等待遇就需要在日本工作一段时间打下根基。
