美国加日本，润了10+年。发现口味真的变了。
刚来日本的时候，不喜欢这里的食物，不是太清淡，就是太咸，量小吃不饱，但是现在完全喜欢上了。
回国的时候，家人的料理还是很喜欢。但是饭店里的各种浓油浓酱，香料混合，没过多久就腻了。叫外卖，基本都是“轻食”。
我不是吃货，不过馋的时候，除了自己包的水饺，想吃的基本也不是中餐了。自己做饭，被当地朋友笑话是“無国籍料理”...下馆子，几乎也不去中餐馆。当然，也因为国外中餐馆大多hit or miss.
吃辣当然是越来越弱。。。
各位的中国胃还有几成？
（料理没有好坏贵贱，只分享个人体验。）

kh5ftrz· ↗Same, 我的话更偏向美式和欧式，炸鸡薯条牛排烤香肠和啤酒。我美国5年爱尔兰和日本各一年半。日式的还有些不适应，不过焼肉和豚骨拉面真的很棒很好吃，生鱼片完全吃不下去，海菜类的也完全不行，闻到就想吐。中餐的话除了羊肉串都不爱吃。

那边水暖，海鲜一般。

kh6nzl2· ↗我觉得变了，主要体现在两个方面。
一是吃的相对清淡了，很少吃重油重辣
二是对不同口味的接纳程度变高了，中餐意餐日餐韩餐越南菜泰国菜，都觉得很好吃。
吃中餐可以，吃面包沙拉也不错，早餐吃粥舒服，吃培根煎蛋也很好，甚至vegemite抹面包我都能吃得享受（澳洲的一定知道我在说什么）。不会对食物味道不同而大惊小怪
